Our Dance Training Courses
Brazilian born to an Italian father and a mixed background mother I was raised in a multicultural environment listening to all types of rhythms and music.
My dance journey started in 2007 when I took my first Oriental Dance course at Mia Serra’s in London.
In 2009 I started working as a dance teaching assistant and event organiser and in June 2010 I setup my first classes in Watford. Since then with much enthusiasm and determination, I expanded my classes to other locations such as Harrow, Wembley, Shepherds Bush and Holborn from beginners to advanced level.
My first ambition was to setup a dance event in a theatre so my students could realise how exciting and intense is performing in a theatre in front of an audience and learn from this amazing experience to appreciate Oriental Dance even further.
So in March 2012 I organised and directed my first theatre show at the Sarah Siddons Theatre at the City of Westminster College. This event had such a great response and such a positive impact in the dance community that I was invited to organise and promote the Club Bellydance London with dancers from around the world in May 2012.
Following the massive success of both theatre shows I couldn’t get enough! I wanted to push my boundaries and dare to do something audacious. From August 2012 I started hosting a monthly showcase in Piccadilly Circus, aiming to promote dancers and Oriental Dance to wider audiences, and in March 2013 I organised and directed my second theatre show with live music, professionals as well as students again at the Sarah Siddons Theatre at the City of Westminster College. After a massive response and effect in the dance community, this theatre show popularised dance events with live music in London.
In between classes and events, I took part of dance exhibitions such as the Vitality Show and Move It to promote and expand the Oriental Dance audience.
I am constantly training and developing further my dance skills. I am currently focusing on learning other art forms and taking further training.
As an enthusiastic and committed teacher, I cherish to develop a nurturing environment in class. I encourage my students to make the most of the classes by asking questions and owning each move they learn.
